Q1. How do I know my payment information is safe?

 A1.

All our payments are handled by Stripe, a highly reputable payment gateway company. They have top notch security and also handle payments for many other reputable online businesses including Twitter, Pinterest and Kickstarter.

 

Q2. Which delivery service do you use?

A2. 

Our default delivery service are the courier guys Pickupp for Klang Valley and DHL for outside Klang Valley (in West Malaysia), and GDex for East Malaysia, which usually takes 2 - 5 business days to arrive in your mailbox. 

 

Q3. When will I receive my first delivery?

A3.

At the moment we roast once a week on Tuesdays and send your coffee to the post office within 2 days. Therefore, all orders received up to Tuesday 8.00am will be processed and shipped by that Wednesday or Thursday. Through our courier delivery guys Pickupp, DHL and Gdex, you should receive your coffee within 2 - 4 business days thereafter. If for some reason your coffee doesn't arrive within 5 business days, you can let us know and we'll send out a replacement immediately.

 

Q4. Do you ship internationally?

A4.

Unfortunately, at the moment we can only ship within Malaysia. But check out our Singapore website if you're in Singapore! We hope to soon be shipping and roasting abroad! 

 

Q5. What should I do if I don’t receive my coffee?

A5.

Your coffee is sent out by latest Thursday by our friends at NizTheWhiz and Gdex. They’re generally pretty efficient and usually take 2 - 4 business days to deliver. If by the following Thursday your coffee has not arrived, please let us know and we’ll send you out a replacement.

 

Q6. What is your Return Policy ?

A6. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase (damaged during shipment, wrong item, etc) you can send it back to us.

  • Please return the item in its original packaging within 7 days of your purchase date
  • Items purchased on sale or via promo codes are not accepted for return or exchange
  • Brew gear that has undergone wear and tear are not accepted for return or exhange

Do give us at least 1 week to exchange it as we'll time it with our roast date, to ensure you're still getting the freshest beans possible!
