Commercial coffee machine :

For new coffee machine and refurbished coffee machine more than 50 kg are excluded for free shipping.

Peninsular Malaysia : Shipping & Handling cost are RM 100 

Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan : Shipping & Handling are RM 200 

Breville Coffee Machine :

Peninsular Malaysia ( less then 50 kg are free  )

Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan (  less then 50 kg, shipping are RM 120 )

The cost of shipping fees depends on weight , volume and destination. The price for your shipment is calculated and added to your total during checkout. You may check the fee with at cart using shipping rate calculator.

Shipments may be subjected to import duties and taxes depending on the country and they will be charged once the parcel has reached the destination country. These charges will be paid by recipient of the parcel, customs policies vary by country. We recommend a purchase of maximum 2 kg in a single purchase to ease custom clearance

For coffee products, order in Malaysia and Singapore, before 2 pm will be pack on the same day and will be shipped in next business day. Any order made on Friday after 6 pm or Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays, will be shipped on the next working day. ( For coffee beans, we will try to arrange as soon as possible according to our roasting schedules ( Monday & Thursday ). It will be courier out within 48 hours after roasting. We do not keep stock in order to make sure our customer received the best flavour coffee beans on time. We will only roast it base on order.

 

For coffee products, delivery usually takes about 3 to 5 working days for Peninsular Malaysia and 5-7 working days for Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan.This will excluding coffee machine and coffee accessories items may take 22 to 38 days on promotions periods. ( Discount + Free Shipping ).

It may take 22-38 days to arrive your place. The delivery time might further extend due to any unforeseen circumstances.

For Singapore and International, we shipped your orders via Post Malaysia, DHL Express, Aramex, and Fedex. Sometimes, the delivery time will be varies depending on the courier service company standard operating procedure. Once we have shipped your orders, we will sent you a tracking number and the name of the courier service company by using sms or email. So, you will be able to call them and trace your parcel as soon as possible. The delivery time might further extend due to any unforeseen circumstances.

Please take note all the orders are shipped using a courier service with tracking, so someone will need to be present at your shipping address to receive and sign for the parcel on delivery.

 

Unfortunately, we are not able to change your delivery address after we dispatch your order. Kindly confirm your delivery address before you proceed with the payment.

 

Product Libta Sdn.Bhd. does not guarantee shipments with inaccurate or incomplete names or delivery address. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide an accurate and complete name and delivery address.

 

The carrier may reattempt the delivery subjected to their policy. Some carriers will leave a note for the recipient to arrange for redeliver or self pick-up. If all delivery attempts fail, the package may be returned to Product Libta Sdn.Bhd. Customers may contact Product Libta Sdn.Bhd. to arrange for another delivery with additional charges. Most deliveries take place during business hours  (08:30 – 17:30), subject to carriers’ practices.

 

You may contact us to request for proof of delivery. Usually, the carrier will request the signature of the recipient. If a representative is assigned to receive the parcel, it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the recipient to sign for the delivery. Product Libta Sdn.Bhd. does not guarantee with the proof of delivery or the delivery of packages without a signature.

 

Once we have shipped your orders, we will sent you a tracking number and the name of the courier service company by using sms or email. So, you will be able to contact them and trace your parcel as soon as possible. The delivery time might further extend due to any unforeseen circumstances.

Please take note all the orders are shipped using a courier service with tracking, so someone will need to be present at your shipping address to receive and sign for the parcel on delivery. Further more, you may contact us by providing your order number, tracking number and some basic personal details. We will investigate and revert to you as soon as possible.
