CLASSIC ESPRESSO BLEND
CLASSIC ESPRESSO BLEND was developed by our ancestors who migrated to Malaysia when many sailed to the shores of Nanyang during the late Qing dynasty. It suits the style of Malaysian Coffee which tastes bitter and stronger aftertaste. It was blend according to Hainanese style coffee. The beans that we used are Liberica + Robusta with the right proportion to get the best flavor. It was also popularized in Malaysia or Singapore Kopitiam. These pure classic espresso blends can be modified by added in with sugar, margarine, and salt to become Kopitiams style coffee. It's dark and glossy, with a rich, fragrant flavor.
