What is Jambi Liberica ?

Jambi, Indonesia consists of 3 type of beans such as robusta, arabica, and liberica coffees. What's up with Liberica coffee in Jambi?

Investigate a calibaration, apparently this liberica is the only type of coffee that only exists in Jambi.  Not only being the only one, liberica also has its own uniqueness, where this type of coffee grows and breeds on peat soil.

“It's not expensive because it's rare, but the farmers who grow liberica coffee already have their own buyers. When harvesting, all Liberica coffee is bought (regardless of product).  So, if people want to buy it, the price will be expensive, especially for business. Liberica coffee in Jambi has a unique coffee taste compared with robusta, it is a bit sour which is typical, while the Arabica from Jambi is more sweetness.  And in Jambi, the processing is done homemade on a household scale.  So completely pure and original. The profile smoky, nutty, floral with hints of dark chocolate, ripe berry and spice. It`s smooth aftertaste and lingering taste of rich dark chocolate.
